NEWS Jan 09, 2024 Air India Business Class Passenger Disgusted By Smelly Onboard Experience on Flight Business class is widely regarded as offering a superior onboard experience to economy. This was not the case on an Air India flight from Mumbai (BOM) to Singapore (SIN) that operated on January 7. A man documented his experience in business class onboard one of the two flights, and it turned out opposite than expected. A female passenger removed her shoes and placed her bare feet on the man's armrest. NEWS Jan 09, 2024 Two Silver Airways ATR-72s Collide at Fort Lauderdale Airport On January 5, two Silver Airways ATR-72 turboprop aircraft collided at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Shortly before 8:00 a.m. local time, one Silver Airways ATR-72 with registration N702SV clipped the tail of another ATR-72 (N708SV). NEWS Jan 06, 2024 FAA Grounds 171 Boeing 737 MAX 9s After Mid-Air Alaska Airlines Incident Raises Safety Concerns The year has barely started, and multiple airlines have already lost or were forced to ground certain aircraft in their fleets. Japan Airlines lost an Airbus A350-900 in a fiery crash, Alaska Airlines is scrambling to salvage its fleet, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grounded 171 Boeing aircraft for safety reasons. The latter two events are due to an Alaska Airlines Boeing 737 MAX 9 suffering a mid-air incident on January 5.
